What we collect and why

• Contact form and emails: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.

• Bookings and online classes: your name and email address, to register you and send you the details.

• Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

• Health information: if you tell us about a medical condition or pregnancy so that we can adapt a class, we use it only for that purpose, keep it private and delete it when we no longer need it.

• Photos and testimonials: we publish them only with the person’s consent.

 

Payments

 

We accept bank transfers and payments through Viva Payments. We receive the details needed to confirm the payment, and we keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. We never see or store your card details.

Online classes
Online classes take place on Zoom, which processes your name, email address and, if you switch them on, your camera and microphone. See Zoom’s own privacy policy for details. [We do not record classes. / If we record a class, we tell you first.]

Our website and the tools we use

This website is hosted by Wix, which stores the data you enter in our forms on its servers and uses cookies to make the site work. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose above. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
